METS Kids Halloween Classes 2021

Happy Halloween, everyone! We hope you all had a fun time at our Halloween classes this year! Here are some pictures from some of our classes. Did you wear a costume? What were you this time? This year our teachers were a hedgehog, a skeleton and Roronoa Zoro from One-Piece!

２年連続でハロウィン・フェスティバルは中止、という事で今年も教室で「ハロウィン・レッスン」を行いました。当日は幼児クラスから小学全学年まで、各クラス、先生も生徒もコスチュームを着て、ハロウィンに関する単語やフレーズを練習して、トリックオアトリートや、ゲーム、クイズ等で特別なレッスンを楽しんでもらいました。

来年は、ＭＥＴＳ恒例の「ハロウィン・フェスティバル」で街へ出て以前のようにトリックオアトリートができればと思います。思い思いのコスチュームを着た200人のお子さんプラス保護者の方が街を練り歩く、そんなイベントが帰ってくることを願います。

METS Annual Speech Contest 2021

Thanks to everyone who participated in this year's speech contest!
We, unfortunately, had to cancel last year's contest due to the sudden outbreak of CoVID-19 (the new corona virus). This year we had strict protocols for our guests to adhere to.
Disinfectant was used before and after each class group. Only one guardian or parent was allowed to accompany our students. Seats were separated for social-distancing. And of course, everyone was wearing a mask.

Despite these inconveniences, our students put their best foot forward while giving their speech.
